that helps customers discover and book services offered by independent professionals and businesses (“Providers”).

- Customers who browse services and make bookings.
- Providers who create profiles, list services, accept bookings, and manage clients.
- Visitors to our websites, including

A. Information you provide

- Profile details (Providers): business name, category, services offered, pricing, address/service area, opening hours, photos, and descriptions.
- Bookings and communications: appointment details, messages between customers and Providers (where messaging is available), and support requests.
- Payments (if applicable): transaction amounts, payment status, and payment references. We do not store full card details if payments are handled by a payment processor.
B. Information we collect automatically
- Device and app data: device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, and crash logs.
- Usage data: pages/screens viewed, actions taken, and time spent in the App.
- Approximate location (optional): to show nearby services, only if enabled on your device and permitted by you.
- Cookies/Similar technologies (web): for website functionality, analytics, and security.
C. Information from third parties
- Payment processors: confirmation of successful/failed payments and chargebacks (if applicable).

A. With Providers and Customers (marketplace sharing)
- When a customer books a service, we share relevant booking details with the Provider (and confirmation details with the customer).
- Providers may see customer contact details needed to deliver the service (e.g., name, phone/email, appointment details), depending on features enabled.
B. With service providers (processors and vendors)
We use trusted vendors to help us run the App, such as:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Payment processors (if applicable)
- Analytics and performance monitoring tools
- Customer support tools
These vendors process data only on our instructions (or as independent controllers where applicable, such as payment processors).
C. For legal reasons
